หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ : Key Responsibilities: • Investigate & Deep Analyze security events forwarded from Level I Analysts and client for security risk. • Conduct tuning engagements with Security analyst to develop/adjust SIEM rules and analyst response procedure. • Escalate incidents and act as a Security Incident Response Team Lead when necessary. • Enforce incident response SLAs. • Respond to inbound requests via phone and email for technical assistance Document actions in cases to effectively communicate information internally and to client. | |
คุณสมบัติ : Job Requirements: • General IT Experience Required 5 Years • Information Security experience required. (Prior SOC experience preferred). • Excellent knowledge of Intrusion Techniques. • Excellent knowledge of Vulnerability Scanners. • Knowledge of Python or R language is an advantage. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English Required. Must be able to communicate technical details clearly. • Enthusiastic & Passionate in Technology. • TOEIC Score 500 up (If any).
