• Monitor daily network operations and ensure continuous network availability.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve network incidents and service requests within agreed SLA.
• Manage and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for issue escalation and resolution.
• Conduct routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and network performance tuning.
• Update network documentation, inventory records, and incident reports.
• Support network changes such as configuration updates, patching, and upgrades during maintenance windows.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and operational policies.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in network operations or technical support.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Zabbix).
• Knowledge of firewall and security device management is a plus.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule or on-call rotation if required.
• Good analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and service-oriented mindset.
